The room was clean and comfortable, with AC and TV. The hosts were incredibly helpful and generous, providing assistance with banking and transportation. The bathroom was spotless and came with complimentary supplies. The area was unsafe, but having the hosts by my side was invaluable. They communicated well despite my limited Spanish.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff who offered great advice on what to do in the area. The location is fantastic, with plenty of commercial stores nearby. The rooms were cozy, clean and included all the necessary amenities. One of the things I enjoyed most was the complimentary supplies left in the clean bathroom. It was a lovely touch.

The WiFi signal was quite weak and only available in certain areas of the hotel. the area surrounding the hotel can feel a bit sketchy, and some taxi drivers were hesitant to drop me off there.

I had an excellent stay in this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me with everything I needed, from giving advice on what to do in this city to explaining the history of a famous Colombian writer. The hotel facilities were great, and my room was spotlessly clean. I also liked how well-located the hotel was; it was in a very commercial area with a variety of shops.

This hotel is definitely a great option for a wonderful getaway.
